President and Chief Executive Officer

Brad Childers is President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Archrock, Inc. He also serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Archrock GP LLC, the managing general partner of Archrock Partners, L.P. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and as President, North America Operations, of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to the 2007 merger of Hanover Compressor Company and Universal Compression Holdings, Inc. (“Universal”), Childers joined Universal in 2002 and served in a number of management positions, including as President of the International Division of Universal Compression, Inc. (Universal’s wholly owned subsidiary), and as Senior Vice President, Business Development, and General Counsel and Secretary of Universal. Childers also is an officer of certain Archrock majority-owned subsidiaries.

David S. Miller

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David Miller is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Archrock, Inc. and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Archrock GP LLC, the managing general partner of Archrock Partners, L.P. Miller joined Exterran in 2009 and served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Eastern Hemisphere of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Archrock GP LLC. Miller served as Chief Operating Officer of JMI Realty, a private real estate investment and development company, from 2005 to 2009. He was a partner with SP Securities LLC, a private investment banking firm from 2002 to 2005. Previously, Miller served in positions of increasing responsibility with the Energy Investment Banking department of Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc., a financial management and advisory firm. Miller also is an officer of certain Archrock majority-owned subsidiaries.

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Sharon Paul is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Archrock, Inc., responsible for Human Resources and Communications. She joined Archrock in 2015 after previously serving as Senior Vice President Human Resources, Oil and Gas, for Kentz, a global engineering specialist solutions provider. Prior to that role, Paul spent more than 10 years as Vice President, Organizational Development and Global Human Resources, for Mustang, a Wood Group Company.

Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Rob Rice is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Archrock, Inc., having previously served as President, North America of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Archrock GP LLC, the managing general partner of Archrock Partners, L.P. Previously, he served as Regional Vice President for the U.S. Gulf Coast Region of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. Rice joined Hanover in 2002. Prior to its merger with Universal, he held a number of positions at Hanover including Vice President, Gulf Coast Business Unit; Vice President, Health, Safety & Environmental; and Director, Corporate Development. During his career, he has been based in Argentina and Australia and has developed detailed experience in analyzing, structuring and growing businesses in domestic and international energy markets. He formerly served as a Flight Test Engineer with the United States Air Force. Rice also is an officer of certain Archrock majority-owned subsidiaries.

Vice President, Sales

Jason Ingersoll is Vice President, Sales, of Archrock, Inc., where he is responsible for sales teams and processes, including direct sales, strategic accounts, business development and sales support infrastructure. Prior roles at Exterran include Regional Vice President, Business Unit Director – Southern Rockies, Sales Manager – Southern Rockies, and Chevron Alliance Manager. Ingersoll joined Universal in 1998, and prior to its merger with Hanover, served as Country Manager, China.
