More than simply a policy, our Target Zero program has helped us create a safety culture that strives for an incident-free work environment, keeping everyone proactive and focused on best practices.
Unmatched Training
Before going into the field, every new employee is given extensive safety and operational training regardless of their years of experience. Then, depending on their level of experience, they spend up to six months working with a mentor. Employees also undergo comprehensive leadership and management training as well as ethics and social engagement training.
