Archrock Teamwork Eliminates Compression Downtime

At 5:00 pm on a Friday, our client called with a unit down and in desperate need of a G3612 turbocharger. They explained that the local Caterpillar Dealer could not get the part to them until Tuesday afternoon of the following week and wanted to know if there was anything that Archrock could do.

After making a couple of phone calls and a search of Archrock‘s extensive inventory, we did locate the OEM part in one of our warehouse facilities - albeit 310 miles away! Two Archrock representatives jumped into action – meeting half way between the warehouse and the customer‘s location and hand delivering the turbocharger first thing Monday morning. Needless to say, our customer was very impressed and we just “turbocharged” another long-term relationship!
